Our 1st graders in Mrs. Johnson’s class had a wonderful time celebrating their nonfiction writing! Students became young researchers and authors, writing informational books about puffins, river otters, reef sharks, and mandrills.
A special thank you to Ms. Heggerty’s 2nd grade class for being such a fantastic audience. They loved listening to our 1st graders read their books and shared their kindness by writing compliment cards for our young authors.
