Awesome PD day!

Thankful for a wonderful PD day filled with relaxing activities. What a great way to start the week!

A fun day of making bracelets!

Keyport bracelet making was so much fun!

Kicking off our SEL PD Day with a vision board session! It was great to pause, reflect, & think about goals for the future— both inside & outside the classroom. Feeling inspired & ready for my next destination :)

1st destination complete. Now, to see if our visions come true.

"How low can you go?" Indoor 4th grade recess is getting creative with limbo!

7th Grade Science students are observing the transport of materials through membranes for the cell transport unit. They had to setup a dialysis tubing bag with iodine outside the bag and corn starch in the bag. They will observe the results over several days.

8th Grade Science students designed and created a parachute to safely land an egg when dropped from the second floor to the first floor for the physical science unit.

Fun Friday playing Jenga!

Out-of-this-world news! 🚀
Congratulations to Daylin and Lorette! Daylin’s artwork was selected for the yearbook front cover, and Lorette’s design was chosen for the back cover. So proud of these stellar artists!

Fun Friday!

Second grade worked on sorting objects by their properties! ❤️ We are excited to continue exploring science topics this half of the year 🥳

Kindergarten had a blast creating the most adorable penguins! 🐧Each one was full of personality, creativity, and lots of smiles. So much cuteness in one project! Special thanks to my 8th grade students volunteering to work with the kindergartners!

Fourth grade ELA created wiki's that focused on volcanoes. They researched about particular volcanoes for our geology unit and created an informational excerpt. Great job fourth grade!
