Check out this fabulous video Mrs. Fleming created, for our Green Team, to show off the NJ Climate Grant work completed yesterday with our 8th grade students and our volunteer, Dan Fleming. With Dan's help, we were able to create a beautiful raised bed garden space with native species plants. Stay tuned as we continue to grow our outdoor classroom and gardening space!

Thank you to all who donated to our “Let’s Link Together for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month” fundraiser! The 8th Grade Community Partnerships students raised $226.00 for the Frances Foundation. This fundraising vision was originally created by a former student, Lyla Henn, and we continue to run it at KCS to honor her and her family for the battle they faced and won! 💪🏻 It’s important to teach students that their voices and ideas matter and can come to life! I’m so glad this service learning course allows us to do just that!!
