We have been reading informational texts in ELA about various habitats and the animals that live there.

Being creative and using our imaginations in Kindergarten!




Students created "adjective flowers" to describe themselves, and did an amazing job using descriptive words!

One of my favorite days in March is going to the AENJ State Art exhibit. This year was extra special because our KCS student, Lorette was one of six students from Monmouth County that was selected for the state show! Words can't describe how proud I am of her and she even won the raffle!

I am so proud of the 5th grade scientists! They hosted our annual science fair last week, and they taught all of our guests while displaying 30 different projects! WOW! Here's a glimpse!

Yesterday, the 5th graders had a wonderful field trip to Trenton. We toured the State House and went to the planetarium!





Our students took part in the Butterfly Project, joining a worldwide effort to create a permanent memorial honoring the 1.5 million children who lost their lives in the Holocaust. 🦋
Each butterfly represents a story, a life, and a promise to remember. Through art, reflection, and learning, our students are helping ensure that history is never forgotten.

Our 5th graders had a great experience with the Climate Van visit! They learned about Natural Climate Solutions. It was engaging, hands-on, and really got students thinking about how they can help care for the environment.
