Registration for any Pre-K thru 12th grade students

Registration Requirements:

The following information is needed when registering. The parent/guardian must come in person with the following documents:

• Original Birth Certificate with raised seal

• Immunizations records

• 4 proofs of residency (Utility bills, Mortgage Statement, Municipal Tax Bill, Signed/current rental lease)

• Student Transfer Card

• Official Transcript from Previous School

• Proof of Guardianship, if necessary
