2025-2026 Board of Education Goals
Board Goal 1: Policy and Professional Development
1. Review and align all existing Board policies and professional development (PD) activities to ensure they support current district priorities and compliance standards, by conducting as needed policy reviews and quarterly PD updates.
Board Goal 2: Community Engagement through Partnerships and Visibility
1. Hosting student presentations or recognitions at 80% of Board meetings based on a developed highlight list.
2. Establishing three new collaborative initiatives with the CS PTO, HS Parent Club and KEF
Board Goal 3: Monitor and respond to the internal and external developments that impact the current, ongoing, and future of the Keyport School District.
1. A committee formed in support of this goal would consider and report to the full Board, in conjunction with the Superintendent, on finances, litigation, district leadership, regionalization, and the other emergent issues impacting the District.
