About me: This is my second year as the School Counselor for KCS however, I am certainly not new to our school and community. I was a student here since Kindergarten all the way through to 12th grade.  It is such an amazing feeling to be able to give back to the community that gave me so much! After graduating from KHS, I went off to Ramapo College of NJ where I played field hockey and received my Psychology degree. I then became an Academic Advisor at Irvington High School where I found my passion to be a school counselor. I received my M.A. in School Counseling as well as becoming a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) from Kean University. My journey to find my  dream career wasn't straight forward but it led me right where I am supposed to be!

What do I do: I work with students on both an individual basis and in small groups. In addition to working with students on their academics, I work with them on their social and emotional needs as well as conducting SEL/ Character education lessons to all grade levels. I work closely with teachers, administration, parents and our school nurse to ensure that each student is able to reach their full potential in all aspects of their lives. Please do not hesistate to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have!
