Welcome to the English Department at KHS!The KHS teachers and students will be utilizing the Reading and Workshop model that aligns to the New Jersey Student Learning Standards and implements the new comprehensive system, StudySync, for the 2021 - 2022 school year. StudySync engages high school learners with a rigorous, student centered curriculum which connects learning to students' lives beyond the classroom. The lessons are all standards-aligned, and have additional support resources, activities, accessibility options, and tools that can be used to supplement and fully support classroom instruction.
